ABOUT CARRIE
As a business owner Carrie has a passion for business and finds helping other business owner’s reach their goals especially rewarding. “Sometimes the smallest changes make the biggest differences to a business.”
After performing over two hundred valuations, the numbers paint a picture and the keys to success become evident.
A decade as the Owner and General Manager of Powersports dealerships in Idaho and Canada and a former GM of Marine and RV dealerships gives Carrie a first-hand understanding of these businesses. Dealerships are complex and challenging businesses and unlocking that puzzle is very rewarding!
Carrie is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a CPA in the USA, and a CPA in Canada with many years of corporate experience in a wide range of roles. Additionally, early in her career, Carrie spent a number of years in professional sales.
Former owner of two Powersports dealerships and GM of RV and Marine dealers as well as significant Corporate experience.

ABOUT DAVID
David Raye brings with him, substantial financial and marketing skills acquired during a high profile career in international investment banking in the City of London, England. He has a history as a Senior Executive working with large international corporations on Valuations as well as Mergers and Acquisitions.
David is highly educated, experienced, and credentialed. He is equally at home on the shop floor chatting with owner managers as he is presenting to the Boards of multi-national corporations. He has substantial experience leading investment bankers, attorneys, and financial professionals in relation to all facets of Mergers & Acquisitions.
David has run small businesses and acted as an advisor to owner-managed business. As well, he has spent time as a college professor teaching future entrepreneurs the nuances of business management and capital markets.
