A decade as the Owner and General Manager of Powersports dealerships in Idaho and Canada and a former GM of Marine and RV dealerships gives Carrie a first-hand understanding of business ownership.
With her incredible arsenal of financial skills and knowledge, Carrie is able to identify what makes Sellers’ businesses special and showcase that to prospective buyers and understand buyers’ motivations. On the buy-side, it means representation to protect Buyers’ interests and identify the weaknesses and strengths of the target so Buyers make the best deal possible.
After performing over three hundred valuations, the numbers paint a picture. Carrie is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and a CPA in the USA, and a CPA in Canada with many years of corporate experience in a wide range of roles.
Additionally, early in her career, Carrie achieved Top Salesperson in Canada for Dow Chemical Consumer Products.
Alex is an accomplished Project Management Professional with experience in owner managed disaster clean-up firms and National Sales Management for commercial solar enterprises.
He has an in-depth understanding of numbers and a passion for business.
Laura grew up in automobile and motorcycle dealerships owned by her parents. She has appraised automobile, powersports, marine and implement dealerships, and worked as a consultant with dealers from the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Lebanon. Dealerships have never ceased to fascinate Laura as micro-economies, complex social structures and cornerstones of the communities they serve. Laura enjoys doing a deep-dive into what drives the value of your dealership!
Laura is an MBA, CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) who specializes in Business Valuations for all purposes for dealerships.
